Liane V & Don Benjamin's Anniversary... And Pregnancy Reveal!

The all-white Hawaiian-themed anniversary party to honor Liane V and Don Benjamin’s first anniversary was one to remember! The excitement was already palpable, but what made us all squeal with delight was the surprise the couple planned to unveil to their friends and family.

For the décor, we printed eight-foot images from the newlyweds’ actual wedding day and decorated each oversized photo with white balloons to line the entrance. A tiki bar with vanilla-hued floral arrangements, as well as tiki torches, and hibiscus-flower shapes illuminated the grassy dance floor to further highlight the tropical theme.

The romantic night started with a dinner that included the couple’s friends and family, who gathered to celebrate love, enjoy authentic Hawaiian food, and soak in the cool vibes of live island music. As everyone began to finish their meals, the couple stood up on stage to thank everyone in attendance. They were shocked when Don pulled off a piece of Liane’s dress, revealing her baby bump and surprising partygoers with their baby-on-the-way reveal. Cold sparks illuminated the stage as everyone hugged and cheered. It was a perfect, dramatic moment. But there was more!

Fire dancers made their way to the center of the space, dancing, and entertaining gleeful guests. The female dancer wore pink, while the male donned blue attire. They enthralled onlookers with a grand “battle” to finally reveal the gender of the baby! The fire dance ended with the female dancer taking down the male dancer. Bright pink confetti and cold sparks erupted, revealing the couple would soon have a baby girl!
