100 Million Mastermind Experience - Salt Lake City, UT
For the 100 Million Mastermind celebration, Wife of the Party and team packed our bags, loaded trucks to the brim with backdrops, furniture, lighting, and sound equipment, and headed cross-country to the Grand America Hotel & Resorts in Salt Lake City, Utah. We started off the weekend with a Gatsby-themed welcome dinner complete with an amazing ice luge by Swanation Ice Sculptures, gilt 1920s-inspired centerpieces, and a sexy lighting design. A live jazz band from Artist Creating Entertainment sang ballads of the era and added to the grandeur of the event, à la Great Gatsby. We always build out a step-and-repeat for this type of event and we also created a special photo moment. Members of this astounding group of people dressed glamorously in theme and listened intently to an interview with special guest, Charlie Sheen, interviewed by Dan Fleyshman. Following the incredible interview, members were surprised with a private live performance by Mark McGrath!
On Saturday, we set the mood and set the stage for a 100MME general session with ambient lighting and a branded backdrop that sat behind the large speakers. Powerful panels that involved motivational speakers, provided education, and discussed opportunities for business- and self-growth made for an all-around exciting weekend. For dinner, members headed to a private estate in the heart of Salt Lake City surrounded by a breathtaking mountain backdrop. The natural scenery didn’t require much decoration, but Event Blooming Thing crafted eye-catching florals and Create Event Design brought in lovely furniture for attendees to eat, learn more, and relax.
Delicious food options were catered by Sunday’s Best, followed by another special performance for guests: Christian and Scooby. The talented owner and his dog put on a show featuring balancing on basketballs, jumping through rings, Scooby balancing on Christian – they were so cute to watch.
On the final day of the excursion, we provided a change of scenery for members with a speaker panel in a private room at Topgolf – a golf driving range with electronically tracked golf balls in a sports bar-type setting. We rented out private bays for guests to hit a few balls to decompress in between speaking engagements. We created an interactive putt putt-branded mini golf stations, golf-inspired centerpieces, and an argyle-patterned backdrop to match with the sporty theme.
