MAC Cosmetics Aute Cuture Starring Rosalia

Using Delilah in Los Angeles as the venue, we transformed the swanky restaurant/lounge into a girl’s beauty-room dream for the MAC Collection collaboration with Spanish singer Rosalía. At the exterior entrance, a deep-red step-and-repeat was lined with giant replicas of the collection’s new nail polish hues. As guests entered, they discovered the private dining space in back had become a glamorous vanity room where they could try on the lipstick colors, eye shadow palettes, and nail polishes. In the main dining area, the classic Delilah stage was bedecked with a hard set wall of Rosalía’s campaign image, giving the DJ booth a dazzling branded facelift.

Tall and short arrangements of red roses complemented with mixes of tropical blooms and hydrangeas, created by Peony Secret, decorated the bar and tablescapes. Sexy candlelight helped to illuminate the room, along with creative uplighting. In addition, each place setting boasted a custom menu and a gift bag with all of the new beauty cosmetics for guests to take home.

DJ Von Kiss played cool tunes as partygoers mingled about the space, taking turns having famed nail artist Kimmie Kyees paint a special design on their fingertips. Create Event Design set up lovely plush draping and the Wife of the Party team focused on a stunning lighting design and unique fabrication to make the event feel warm, intimate, and inviting.
