Easy Bake #DIY Blueberry Peach Cobbler

Summer is here! I've been so busy with work and family that I haven't caught up on recent events but have spent plenty of time in the kitchen prepping for celebrations of all sorts these days. This past Sunday we prepared a Father's Day feast and I couldn't resist the beautiful peaches at the store so I quickly snatched them up and baked them into a 5 minute prep kind of dessert. There were NO leftovers and we needed more (yes, needed) so today Natalia my daughter prepped one with white peaches and blueberries. It prompted me to snap a couple photos with my new iPhone 6 and share the recipe for anyone looking for a quick dish for potlucks, dinners and friends.  I found the recipe here and as you can see in the steps below, it's that simple:
