Kamie Crawford's Dirty 30 Vice City Party

Television host, Kamie Crawford, wanted to celebrate her upcoming birthday in a fun, memorable fashion. Kamie’s “Dirty 30 Vice City” birthday party was inspired by her favorite video game growing up: Grand Theft Auto. Wife of the Party had creative plans in mind and completely transformed Hotel Figueroa – located in downtown Los Angeles – to replicate the popular video game.

Luxe couches, collections of brightly colored velvet and satin throw pillows, brilliant lighting design, palm-tree fabrications, and much more blended perfectly against the floral décor scheme crafted from tropical flowers and verdure. The ambience felt young and sexy, perfectly paired with the video game’s branding which had been reimagined to read “Kamie’s Dirty Thirty.” There were also game projectors to help highlight the theme and give onlookers visual entertainment while they mingled, drank cocktails, danced, and all-around celebrated the birthday girl!

A revamp of the well-known alfresco bar was remarkable! We wrapped the front with “Vice City” branding from the game – replicating the front cover of the video game. A large floral tropical display, as well as shorter understated blooms adorned lighted high tables and the backdrop of the bar showcased additional branding boasting Kamie’s Dirty Thirty. A final fun memory of the evening is when we revealed the unique three-tiered cake bedecked with an image of the video game cover made complete with a rendering of Kamie, which also mimicked the design on the photo booth picture printouts.
