Rickey Thompson, prominent internet personality who became popular for his comedic videos on Instagram and later starred in the YouTube series Foursome, desired a fun, memorable party with his close friends and family. The 27-year-old influencer celebrated his birthday with a unique Fast and Furious-themed party. Rickey asked our team to recreate some notable elements from the movie franchise, and we were up for the challenge! Wife of the Party constructed a very cool Crew Headquarters made complete with a graffiti wall and filling the blank space within the area with exotic Lamborghinis.

Partygoers hit the “checkered” dance floor and kept it packed much of the night. The LED infinity dance floor proved to be a success with guests, providing visual entertainment, as well as the Fast and Furious custom projections. Additional décor details were the impressive four-foot, custom fabrication pieces spelling out the birthday boy’s name, florals in shades of blue and orange (to perfectly match with the graphics colors), and signature cocktails cleverly named using references from the movies.

As the night progressed, we presented Rickey with a three-tiered birthday cake frosted in impeccable movie-poster details – similar to the print seen in the oversized letters that spelled out his name. We also encouraged attendees to take photos in the photo booth as a favor to remember the eventful evening. We hope everyone had a blast!
