St. Anne's Family Services Annual Evening of Angels Gala
For the past three years, Wife of the Party and team have helped produce St. Anne’s Evening of Angels Gala, which is a night where St. Anne’s Family Services honors those who have made contributions to the community and helped to build on the mission of the non-profit organization: St. Anne’s Family Services helps to foster safe, nurturing, and resilient families. This year, we were happy to be able to upgrade the venue from the organization’s parking lot to the amazing Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles.
Wife of the Party spearheaded the coordination, design, fabrication, balloons, and lighting design for the festivities, and we were happy to do so! A classic color scheme of white and blue with silver accents was selected as not to compete with the already-interesting space of the site. Partygoers arrived and took photos in front of the step-and-repeat, attendees also perused the silent auction and placed bids, enjoyed cocktails alfresco, toured the space to see all the fantastic automobiles, and took in the glimmering décor details. Decorations were understated, but nicely brought together: acrylic stands showcased miniature disco balls, an oversized custom sign that read St. Anne’s Evening of Angels was affixed on stage, and the mirrored bar was emblazoned with the St. Anne’s motif.
Guests took their seats at round tables surrounded by cushioned modern chairs with glossy silver circular backs from Create Event Design and centerpieces of fresh ivory florals complemented with lush greenery from Peony Secret adorned tablescapes. Acrylic menus with a light-silver hue by Crystal Craft laid out the delicious three-course meal, which included baby kale salad with blood oranges, a choice of chicken, salmon, or vegetarian mushroom dish, followed by a scrumptious dessert.
It was a lovely evening that we are grateful to have been a part of; we look forward to the 2023 gala!
