Gymshark After Dark

The ultimate two-day pop-up shop in Los Angeles was recently hosted by Gymshark – a company who makes comfortable and “game-changing workout clothing.” They wanted to invite friends, influencers, and many more for an evening of working out and mingling! Wife of the Party and team took a blank space on La Cienega Blvd. and turned it into a cycling night club with mock-tails, cool dressing rooms, fun interactive photo moments from LX Pix, and, of course, gifting. EDLT Photo was there to capture all the athleticism and revelry!

Crystals Bartenders made the tastiest mock-tails and E & J Tacos were ready with fresh, hot tacos of all sorts once the workout was complete. Create Event Design brought in furniture, so that guests could relax and mingle after their heavy-duty evening ride on bikes from Rev Cycle. Huge LED screens from 3D Sounds were used for the cycling workout, while gorgeous work from Peony Secret decorated the space. Floral designers created flower arrangements of neon-hued tropical florals to adorn tabletops that matched perfectly with the amazing décor. Wife of the Party took the lead with design, coordination, décor, fabrication, and lighting, and boy are we proud of this one!

Neon-lighting design framed doorways and created ambience in the room for riders, in addition to uplighting that showcased palm tree fabrications in rich shades of turquoise and hot pink. A display of Quay sunglasses, racks of Gymshark clothing, and more goodies were available for attendees, as well as black Gymshark glow-in-the-dark tote bags. A photo moment was created with a deep-black backdrop and vibrant floral displays affixed, along with Gymshark signage to continue the branding consistency for our client.

Lily Sabrina and her Lean with Lilly Team were in attendance, as were KK Fit – Kathryn and Kendra to take part in the festivities and also took time to have fun playing the arcade claw machine and taking photos in front of the “locker room.” The event was amazing and all in attendance had a great time at the “gym-nasium!”
