Jayce's 1st Summer Camp Birthday

For our best friend Crystal’s one-year-old boy, we created a “Summer Camp” at his very own home. Friends and family filed into the backyard, which had been transformed into a camp land filled with amazing décor and details. We love when our friends and are enthusiastic about a jaw-dropping entrance – this particular entryway was creative, cute, and colorful. We crafted custom wooden-bear cutouts, direction arrow signs made of wood, and a wood-etched camp sign framed by groups of balloons in yellow, white, blue, orange, and peach. Additional wood cutouts of deers were placed around the yard and centerpieces of tree rounds, fresh greenery, florals, and mini pine trees beautifully decorated tables and sweet-treat areas.

White tee-pee tents with brown bear stuffed animals and other camping essentials like blankets and lanterns were setup for photo opportunities with little ones and a customized corn hole game was set out for older siblings, whilst balloon arrangements crafted into camp critters provided by Monliet Art Services were prepared for all to take delight in. For even more kiddo fun, our highly sought-after ball pit was set up – we arranged for it to arrive in coordinating colors in lieu of the popular all-white look.

While guests enjoyed their boxed meals from Hot Dog on a Stick, DJ Herick played happy tunes that guests of all ages loved. The nostalgic hot dog company catered seamlessly via their lunch truck and stuck around for a bit for those who wanted a second helping. Dark wood picnic tables were neatly arranged under bright white canopies simply decorated with colorful flag banners. While loved ones ate their meals, talked, and laughed, EDLT Photo was able to capture memorable photographs of the birthday boy and his revelers. Soon after, Jayce was presented with a delicious round birthday cake morphed into a fox. The party ended with the children hitting a candy-filled piñata and custom s’mores treats passed out to attendees as favors. Needless to say, everyone left a happy camper!
