2019: Year Of The Earth Pig - A Shower For Baby Jones

The Chinese Zodiac : Year Of The Pig…I mean, what an amazing theme to work with!

According to the Chinese astrology , 2019 is a great year to make money, and a good year to invest!. 2019 is going to be full of joy, a year of friendship and love for all the zodiac signs; an auspicious year because the Pig attracts success in all the spheres of life.

We received the call from Christina Streit (you likely know her as @idiyforthis on Instagram as she really is the DIY organizational, creative queen).

Christina quickly set up a meeting with us so we could chat with Emerald, the mommy-to-be. The requests were:

• Year Of The Pig theme

• Sweets including donuts (dad-to-be’s favorites)

• Din Tai Fung for lunch

Done and DONE! They let us run with it from there and that’s just what we did. We worked with a great team of vendors to produce a bright, modern shower for Baby Jones that celebrated friends, family and a sweet little boy that will be here in no time. Every shower really needs a piggy ball pit. Right, dad?
