The Wife of the Party is proud to present our Exquisite Cuban Beauty Wedding today. Nestled in the canyons of Orange County, Rancho Las Lomas is a private resort filled with oak and sycamore trees, an open air theater, a marble center stage, hand painted tiles, exotic animals roaming about from the zoological gardens, murals from Portugal, and the perfect backdrop for a Cuban inspired wedding. Vanessa is a true Cuban beauty. Her smile is infectious and it was easy to see how Robbie fell so deeply in love with her.  

Vanessa chose a Vera Wang mermaid style gown that fit her perfectly. Her shoes are Sergio Rossi and added just the right amount of bling under her gorgeous gown.

Vanessa’s college aged nephew served as the ring bearer and provided a little comic relief coming down the aisle.

Tradition is very important to Vanessa & Robbie which is why they invited their mothers to light unity candles as symbols of the joining of their families.

Overjoyed with emotion, Vanessa's father could barely hold back the tears. Tears of happiness of course.

As guests enjoyed cocktail hour the staff quickly transformed the ceremony space into an exquisite and lush oasis.

Beautiful greenery filled the tables.

24 Carrots provided the catering.

It was important for Vanessa & Robbie to create memorable tokens of the evening for their guests as well so they had hand painted tiles created with each guest’s name on them to serve as seating cards. The wall of tiles was quite impressive.

Guests enjoyed a cigar station after dinner by El Canito Cigars.

El Cuban Sun played classic Cuban ballads into the night and then DJ Herick took over and got everyone on the dance floor.

It was important for Vanessa to infuse her culture into the wedding. Her family owns Merengue Bakery so guests enjoyed a cake baked with love by her brother as well as a box of Cuban treats for the ride home.
