Classy, Sassy and A Little Bad Assy with Tiffany Kyees

In recent years I've come to enjoy photos of myself less and less. Age, weight gain, exhaustion...did I mention weight gain? Then, I read a sappy story about a mother who didn't take enough and regretted it when her babies grew up. Well, our babies are 20, 15 and as you know with Frankie, she's the twonager. I decided I had some lost time to make up for.

There are two photographers that have shot the majority of anything important and relevant in my life. Edward, and Tiffany Kyees. Each with their unique style, they've celebrated milestones, birth, marriage, celebrations and just flat out shot some things for no reason at all with us. I am excited to announce that Tiffany has recently come on board with the Happen family and will be available at our events, running with The Happen Booth and available as always to our friends, family and referrals. One thing she specializes in is head shots so for you professionals, she's your girl.

I wanted to share a few photos from our ten minute shoot of this crazy clan. Makeup Artist Gaby did my makeup for something unrelated so we doubled up on the day as most busy moms do, trying to be resourceful. We chose an off day for the wee one, so it was the fastest shoot of my life and maybe one of the best (in our backyard, we never made it out of the house). I am one who prefers picture-perfect but more and more I am enjoying the understated, not staged life we live. What we did receive from this session? Some SASS.
