Happy November Wife of the Party friends! Can we chat? I would really love to tell you about a product that I share with all of my brides. They are called Rescue Flats and they are going to save your feet, going to keep you and your guests dancing til the music stops, and you will no longer have to go barefoot on the dance floor.

I can’t tell you how many weddings I have coordinated where the bride, her bridesmaids, and the guests end up either barefoot or in flip flops on the dance floor. This is neither comfortable nor particularly attractive. You spend all this money on a beautiful dress just to end up with blackened feet aching by the end of the evening night because your pretty (and expensive) heels hurt too much to wear. I completely understand. Your shoes are uncomfortable but you want to dance; what is a girl to do? I’m going to tell you and you’re going to love me for it. Rescue Flats. If you haven’t heard of them you’re going to thank me and if you have you are nodding your head right now aren’t you? Yeah, I see you.

Rescue Flats was founded by Sarah Befus . The idea for the company was created on her own wedding day when she noticed that many of her guests were limping off the dance floor in agony from dancing in uncomfortable shoes. She decided then and there that the party should never stop because of a pair of painful shoes. Sarah set out to create a comfortable, and beautiful, pair of flats that party goers would be able to slip on and dance the night away in without missing a beat. They sold their first box of Rescue Flats in 2013 and have been a part of over 700 weddings since (many of which were mine!). I personally have recommended them to several brides and assure you, it was a fit for all (literally).

Rescue Flats can be purchased individually or in a box to provide for your guests. You will also get heel bags so you can protect those pretty shoes you spent so much money on but just can't bear to wear a moment longer.

Rescue Flats come in gold, slate, lavender, and black. Gold is by far the most popular color.
